The pharmacist recommended Zanfel. It is great and worked really well for me and my son. It really takes the itch out but you have to use EXACTLY has directed and use enough of the product each time. I have recommended it to friends and it has worked for them too. A little pricey but totally worth it since it works.

Bought for poison ivy rash, which erupted about 7 days ago. It was no magic bullet for me, plus, it's quite expensive for the amount you get. I do not recommend.

Super susceptible to Poison Ivy. Zanfel eliminates the irritation and itch and my skin clears up in a day or two. Been using it for years. Annoying to scrub for so long, and worth it. Great stuff.

Didn’t work at all. Still itching like crazy after multiple applications meticulously applied per directions - rip off

I bought Zanfel because it claimed to work "after outbreak of the rash" but it was of no use. It says it washes away urushiol but if you wait until the rash has erupted the product is of no use. Don't bother.
