my son is 3 yrs old and experienced constipation since he was born. he was on miralax for a half a year, and now on benefiber bec. its a healthier form and he was doing somewhat okay and now its not helping him at all he is constipated like crazy. i think i will have to speak with the doctor again.

I love this stuff. If doesn't make me cramp, I can actually go to the bathroom and have been able to greatly reduce my intake of Miralax. I put it in oatmeal or in juice. I haven't tried it in pill form, only powder.
