I found that I can break or bite tablet in half and it works great for me. Never feel groggy in morning and sleep through night. Other medications including melatonin make me feel really bad in morning.

I have menopausal insomnia and the Unisom Quick Melts work fabulous for me. I sleep soundly and have no lingering sleepiness during the day.

At first it helped me fall asleep and stay asleep, but i seem to have built up a tolerence for it. Also I seem to have a lot of the side affects. The ringing in the ears is very annoying, but the one that made me realize the meds is what was causing other symptoms.

I have taken several different sleep aides, and this one seems to work best for me. Theonly complaint I have is that the darn pill is difficult to get out of the wrapper. I have to cut it open with the scissors.
