Having had 5 back surgery's and a spinal hematoma that left me temporarily paralyzed from the waist down in Feb '13 I have been on high doses of opiates for many years and have had years of problems with opiate induced constipation. I have been using this for over a year. I have had to take it every two days leading to every other day. Recently I have had severe vomiting, diarrhea, severe abdominal cramps and dry heaving leading to dehydration resulting in a visit to the ER.
