    Comment:
My bones ache after taking this drug. I have osteopenia and have always taken Vitamin D along with Fish Oil with no problem. It has become increasingly difficult to find just Vitamin D so I bought Vitamin D3. I have discontinued using it and my bones have quit aching. But now I am worried about my health.

I have only been taking this drug for about 2 weeks. I have noticed daily headaches and slight angina. Am discontinuing as I felt better not taking it and I would rather supplement with dairy or veggies.

For over 50 years I have suffered depression during winter months. Almost certainly due to the lack of sunlight. I have lived in WI and now in MI. Both states have few sunny days during winter months. I am bipolar and the lack of sunlight significantly causes additional depression. Taking large daily dosages of D3 has helped enormously.

suggested by dermatologist to increase absorbtion of sunlight in cloudy pacific nw. 1000 IU daily is causing diarrhea like symptoms - anal seepage - not fun. Moving to 1 pill twice a week, if symptom doesn't clear then will stop.
