7 year old with asthmatic symptoms-weasing, congestion and cough. Prescription 20mg/5ml, 3 times a day for 5 days. Weripred 20mg/5ml did not seem to do anything. Cost $51.33 for an ineffective steriod. Seemed to be effective for other reviewers but did nothing for my son!

My 22 month old daughter was diagnosed with asthmatic bronchitis with pneumonia in her right lung. Veripred worked quickly to relieve most of her symptoms; however, the side effects have me concerned. This is day 2 on Veripred and I’m uncomfortable continuing the medicine. My mild mannered little girl is being extremely aggressive; hitting, biting, and inconsolable tantrums.

The dr gave Veripred 20 to my daughter for her asthma. I was worried because she has taken prednisolone in the past and I had a hard time getting her to take it because of taste. The dr insured me that this was a much better tasting product and to not let the pharmacy try to switch it, it only cost $20 and my daughter said it tasted good. GREAT Product.

My son has asthma and has had it for a while now and really hated taking prednisone and prednisolone as a whole. Tried em all including the new orapred dissolving tabs and veripred is by far the best!!
