great relief but no orgasm...it is a side-effect called retrograde ejaculation. the ejaculation goes into the bladder and is urinated out later. no harm done.

Was using Flomax but it was not working that great. My doctor put me on Rapaflo and within days I urinated better. It feels like the flow is better. A funny thing was that I have had a stuffed nose while on the other drug and that seems to have totally gone away.

Works pretty well for what it was designed for. Biggest proble is that I hardly ejaculate. I'm 60 yrs old and devoriced, I do have a girlfriend and I have never had this problem. She noticed within a few days.

Worked great for my urinary flow and output. I felt like I had completely emptied out. Did not do much for the frequency especially during the nighttime. Could not have an orgasm or ejaculate. A real negative especially considering the improvement in urination. Discontinued the drug and going back to the Doctor to see what can be the next step.
