Vimpat is the first drug to finally reduce my focal seizures along with Lamictal.I tend to miss my doses too many times and I pay for it.You need to eat before taking it or you will become dizzy. I take a 10 mg Valium to make my seizures stop. Takes 10 to 15 minutes and they will quit.Usually have a headache after.

Medication causes dizziness if taken to close in time I increasd dose to 450 daily, After seizures continued to occurr once every 3x months. I had to change dosing to 3x a day to reduce dizziness. Medication caused a tremor in my left hand which has not gone away. Take with limital. Continue to have same amount of seizures as before usage.
