I initially began taking this as part of a ketogenic diet. But the immediate effect was a cure for life long insomnia. I would recommend any fellow insomniac try this supplement!

I have had restless leg syndrome for years. It has been excrucuating to say the least. I started taking magnesium glycinate and it is amazing...the legs stopped wanting to move and I have been able to get wonderful rest at night!!! 5 stars all the way!

Is helping with my A FIB..Also i put epsom salt in a spray bottle and water 50/50 and spray on chest.So that and this magnesium...I am doing alot better !

My neuroligist reccommended I take Magnesium Glycinate to lessen my migraine headaches, it works! I still have migraine headaches, but a lot less of them. I started out with 200 mg a day, I have worked up to 800 mg per day, I will see my doctor before raising the dose, but I hear you can take up to 2000 mg? I am so glad I tried it.
