I have chronic pain and tried savella. I dont think I can stand the sweating to the dehydration point, frequent unination and the fluid retention. Just took the 50mg and it is worse. I started this med a week ago and have had more side effects than with any other I've tried. I've been nauseaed for most of the day every day, had extreme sweats, dizziness, insomnia (with use of med I've been taking for two years), increased depression. I hope to see a big change if I can finish the titration, but I'm very doubtful at this time.
