Nuvigil works wonderfully on my extreme fatigue experienced as one of my most debilitating symptoms of my fibromyalgia syndrome. Nuvigil immediately provided me the energy to perform daily tasks without the monumental "mind over matter" I usually deal with. My rheumatologist put me on 150 mg. However, much to my dismay, I have experienced the most common side effects listed: headaches (s ... Show Full Comment

I have a lot of trouble sleeping at night, and suffer from extreme fatigue. Have had a sleep study test done, and no sleep apnea, but do suffer from restless leg syndrome. Got headaches from it when first started it, but they went away after a few da ... Show Full Comment

Nuvigil is not as effective as i would like it to be. I have to take a back-up medication to help keep me more alert. Although, i have seen improvements while taking this medication. I am more awake taking it as opposed to not taking it. I have experienced insomnia while being on it as well. Life style changes are necessary while taking Nuvigil.

The best way to discribe it is a constant state of cross-eyed and brain dead. The pain just continued to increase daily. Now with Nuvigil 250mgs in the am, and a lunesta before bed, I have my life ba ... Show Full Comment
