I have suffered from Chronic Fatigue for over 20 years and nothing seemed to help. I tried Provigil and other than giving me headaches, it didn't work at all. I have been on Nuvigil for 2 weeks now and feel great all day - not a bit drowsy and NO side effects. It worked from day 1 and I feel like a new person.

Low potassium probably contributed to condition also. Stopped Nuvigil for one week and felt fine (although nodded a few times each day). Then took 250 mg this morning; at lunch today my heart rate was 100

June 2008 I was diagnosed w/ Mono (at 49!) & a year later I was still suffering from terrible fatigue. Then June 2009 I blacked out while driving. Tests found that I my heart stops beating once in awhile (sick sinus syndrome/ AV block??) so in Aug. I got a pace maker. Then I blacked out again. Sleep study shows I've got narcolepsy too. The provigil (only 50mg) made my heart race & gave
