Best medication out there to reduce facial redness. Mild Seb Dermatitis - had a moderate case by nose, forehead, and around mouth. Works great - as fast as next day. Like steroids but with zero size effects. It is expensive but totally worth it.

I've had a rash on my scrotum for years now. They never could diagnose what it was. It's tinea (jock itch). No, it's bacterial infection. No, maybe it's fungal after all. Tried creams, ointments, diaper rash goop. I even tried steroid ointment (Gasp!) My new doctor told me to stop using all my other stuff & had me try Promiseb cream. It is a miracle. I kept using it, though, and did notice an improvement after almost three months. It is expensive, but a small 30g tube lasts me almost three months because I only need a pea-sized portion every day. Promiseb has been effective in daily maintenance and control of my Seborrheic Dermatitis. It didn't work by itself or to control flare-ups. My doctor prescribed something stronger to counteract the flare-ups, including Sodium Suflacetamide-Sulfur Foam and a sulfur-based wash (don't have the exact name available). I don't have to use these regularly, just when the dermatitis is bad.
