Promiseb had zero effect on my seborreic dermatitis. I followed the instructions as indicated, payed a small fortune for it (it's not covered by my insurance) and after six months of hoping I finally gave up. A complete and total disappointment. Back to steroids.

Before I discovered Promiseb, I tried steroids creams and everything else, with little results. The only ointment that worked was Tacrolimus Ointment which actually suppresses the immune system (and inflammation) and it was not recommended for long term use. Thank god I found promiseb, it works just as well, and it is SAFE and natural! As long as I am sure to apply at least once a day, it w

I was skeptical of this product because there's no active ingredient - my dermatologist said it looks like little more than a high-quality moisturizer. But dig down and the ingredients actually are proven to fight inflammation, itching, oiliness, etc. Twice daily application has worked wonders, as effective as steroid cream but with zero side effects.

I have been using Desonide lotion for my seborrheic dermatitis, and I was encouraged when I was given a sample of this cream. Unfortunately, not only was it ineffective but it actually exacerbated it.
