Female age 53 use it for facial serb derm and Rosacea. It works GREAT and it's not a steroid. Life saver for getting rid of flaky dry skin. Very gentle and easy to use.

I have seb derm/rosacea and this product works great. I love the fact that I am not using a steroid on my face. in the past I've had to use multiple products but Promiseb seems to do the trick alone. Great product!

I have used the product twice a day for dermatitis for three weeks with only minor improvement. One day the burning and itching eases and the next day it starts up again.
