Extreme stomach gas and flatulence up to 5 hour after eating even a small, low-fast, non-diary meal. Drinking water exacerbates these side effects. Makes sleeping a challenge d/t the gas.

I did out my pancreatic organ failure by giving my go Dr.a stool sample. She put me on this medicine and I feel it helping a little. I need to stick with the diet that comes along with it. I still have the left side pain and back pain. I will give a up soon!

had whipple procedure 2013. Currently taking 36,000 u with meals. MD told me to take 2 with meals and 1 with snacks. I find it gives me a lot of gas and diarrhea. Sometimes abdominal pain. I cut it to 1 with meals and 24,000 u with snacks. I still have diarrhea and lots of gas. Anyone else have these symptoms?
