Taking Multaq and Pradaxa also Metoperol 25 mg 2 x a day. Began Multaq in 4/2013 and was effective at first. However, now I usually have some problems with irregular heart beat two to five days a week. Sometimes continues for several hours at a time. Minor shortness of breath and fatigue after climbing one flight of stairs.

Comment:
I am 65 and have had 3 Heart Failures with AF residual. After Open Heart and other "cures", I finally had to discontinue Multaq as no apparent change in my condition and due to the HIGH cost. I have since substituted Amiodarone for great savings.
