This medication on 3 times a day for the first 2 weeks caused severe sudden diarreha but overall I needed to reduce the amount to 2 and then 1 per day..........I took all 60 pills to finally get the pain and its cause which was definitely incredibly painful gout to go away......I do wish the medicine manufacturers could invent a pill that acts much quicker than this one. I could not put on a shoe

The old generic was quickly effective and inexpensive with no side effects for me; I do not find colcrys as effective and suffer because of it; that the generic was eliminated should be challenged.
