This seems to be working well for my extremely dry mouth. I have Gastroparesis and GERD along with pbc and experience dryness causing dental caries.

Using it for dry mouth from taking antidepressants. Works great! My mouth and teeth have never been so clean and moist. Also is great for oral hygiene. Another added benefit. Insurance paid my co-pay.

used for my dry mouth with Sjogrens Syndrome.I also take Evoxac but had the excess sweating. So far so good with this product. Very easy to gargle and no side effects
