Took this for a uti while awaiting lab results w/specific meds for prescription. Diarrhea for starters, followed by back muscle pain and spasms and difficulty breathing. Stomach pain. Weird, as I took this med 4 years ago w/no issue but now I am struggling to catch my breath. Never again!

I was diagnosis with Chronic IC. After taking Uribel orally I felt as if I got my life back. The pain and urgency is manageable now. My urine turned blue and it took a couple of days for the pain to subside. I did have difficulty breathing taking the medicine at first. I took 118 mg 4x a day for 3 month with Pelvic Floor Therapy.

Only thing beside DMSO treatments that really works. My insurance doesn’t cover it so I use coupons from Good RX. Uribel has saved my life and sanity.

    Comment:
This medication causes extreme dizziness/light headedness. I can't tell if it helps, or just distracts me with side effects. I will only take this at bed time so that I can maybe sleep through the dizziness. If you have IC, and symptoms are destroying your life, it's worth a try. With IC life is usually already unbearable.
