dr prescribed 2 wafer a week but I could on,y take 1 ... but it still worked and my vitd levels are excellent now

I am on my 3rd week my Dr. gave me samples, I have no vitamin D whatsoever in my body, I still don't know if it works, my Dr. wants me to take it for 8 weeks and I guess then the Dr. will do another test to check my vitamin D to see if noew I do have vitamin D in my body, then I'll know if it worked, I love taking it because it doesn't constipate like thwe big tablets I took before, th

Nothing was helping to bring my Vitamin D levels up. I started the replesta and after following my prescribed plan for the past three months, my vit D level is "normal" for the first time in 10 years!
