stopped Lexapro due to weight gain. Started Oleptro at 75 for 1 week than increased by 75mg to 300mg. Worked great with benefit of being able to fall asleep and not wake up throughout the night. Doctor was able to stop Lunesta and treat depression/sleep problems with Oleptro 300mg once daily at bedtime.

Caused severe night sweats and muscle aches. Disappointed because the depression went away but the muscle aches and waking up soaking wet every night made me discontinue.

This was prescribed in conjunction with existing Wellbutrin treatment. I've been happy with Wellbutrin, but the doctor thought a little added antidepressant effect might be helpful and also help with sleep. The side effects just m
