    Had an a case of necrotizing fasciitis (flesh eating bacteria) develop from what (at 1st) appeared to be a boil on lower abdomen- My surgeon had opiophobia, in my opinion, but 1st gave me 2.5mgs iv of morphine q4h - no effect, then ordered 5mgs of percocet q4h - no effect, only after 12 hours (3 morphine injections, and 2 percocet) of agony and no relief, my family physician came by to check on me ...     IV Dilaudid (2mg)was given to me at E.R.'s about four times. Pain relief for me is very minimal with the relief lasting approximately 45 minutes. I become dopey. After going home, I start shaking, violently. Next, I develop a headache. I, then, end up sleeping for 24 hours. This last time, (a day ago), my blood pressure dropped to 85/39.     reiieved pain almost instantly from a lodged kidney stone. relaxed muscles in urinary tract and enabled the stone to pass naturally
