I was instructed by my docter to take to help with my digestion and ph balance. I've been using for 6months an now i can better eat foods containing lactose, bowels is regular and soft and I have more energy. Highly recommend

I had a bout of Colitis in Spring 2012. Started taking Probiotic almost 7 months ago. I have normal bowel movement every morning. No Colitis and I feel great.

I have been having a lot of gas and too many bowl movements.I was told to take this product when I left the hospital after I had a ccolonoscopy. The first time i was told to take probiotic.But when I had my 2nd colonoscopy every thing was fine and I was told I dont need another one for 12 years.I dont like to take this product because of the diarrhea.
