Set my quit date after starting the meds. Haven't smoked since Aug 15th. Found it is important to eat Before taking the meds because I felt like my heart rate became erractic 20 mins after dosage day or night. 30 + years as a pack-a-day smoker. On the last two days of my starter pack. Quit smoking the first week. Side effects are horrendous. I'm nauseated night and day. I feel like crap most of the time.
