I've been on this treatment for 3 months. (I go once a month.) It takes me 4 hrs per session. I didn't notice anything at first, but slowly I'm starting to feel better. Drink lots of water, because it will dry you out a little. The first month, it took 3 wks before I noticed that I had a little more energy. That lasted for about 1 week.
