I have had Chronic lower back pain for years. Have been taking Vicodin 5mg for 4 times a day for a while with minimal pain relief. I was switched to Butrans 10mcg and am feeling great pain releif. My Dr still gave me Vicodin for breakthrough pain but I have only needed to take a a few the first few days and have not taken any Vicodin since. Would highly recommend this medication.
