I have used this product for about 4 months. For me, it has been great. I went from having multiple hot flashes and night sweats to none. I don't wake up during the night. I did have a time when it was not as effective so I stopped taking it for a week or 2 then started it back up and it's been fine. I love this stuff!

I have been taking Estroven Nighttime for a week now. I noticed a change in my sleep almost immediately! Before, I was waking up several times during the night hot and just uncomfortable. I was also having restless leg, which seemed to turn into "restless body"! I read that soy milk also helps with hot flashes, so I started it around the same time. I am sleeping so good now!

I am very satisfied with how Estroven helps me to sleep. I am a cancer survivor and take an aromatase inhibitor to block estrogen. I sleep very well. However, I've just discovered that my glucose level is over 200 in the mornings. I am pre-diabetic and probably should not take this. Just hate to give it up since I am getting more rest and don't feel hung over in the morning.
