I am 49-1/2 years old and this has been a great product for me. It was very noticable after the 2nd day(after taking 3x900 the first day) then 3x900 for the last 15 days. I am happy with product, but I am not knowledgeable of all these companies and the actual strength being used. I began to be aware of how many times a day I could not remember a name or detail of something. I began taking Algal900 DHA after reading the bottle. In about 3 weeks I began noticing a significant improvement in my recall of names of things, people, and places.
