Have chronic knee pain from Bakers Cyst and meniscus tears. Lower back pain from Ankylosing Spondylitis. Was on Celebrex, which helped but is not for long term use. Have been on 800-1200 mg of Boswellia for 6 months. Am essentially pain free for the first time. Best option I have ever tried, and there has been many!

I suffered from severe elbow pain for years and nothing helped: no supplement, no cream, no pain killer, no stretching / exercise. Boswellia within 4 days of starting has already shown a marked improvement. The only side effect is I am more 'regular' (which is a good side effect.

I've found boswellia to be effective in reducing and, with continued use, eliminating inflammation and pain. I've used it as needed for several years now with no negative side affects. I've recommended it to my clients who have also had good results.

I have been taking 307 mg 3 times a day for 9 months. Wanted to replace Mobic I had been taking for years. It was an easy transition & I am having same results as with the pharmaceuticals if not better.
