I was switched to vestura due to insurance and had previously been on Yaz. I during my second pack I became anxious and depressed as well. This medication should be pulled for sure.

I had resisted discontinuing brand name Yaz for years, but in the last few months felt forced to due to increasing cost of non generic medications related to my insurance plan. The first week and a half on Vestura were fine... I didn't notice anything significantly different. During the second and third week I had some break through bleeding and mild cramping. The first week and a half on Vestura were fine... I didn't notice anything significantly different. During the second and third week I had some break through bleeding and mild cramping. Definitely not typical for me, or something that ever occurred while taking Yaz. My period began midway through the third week, and the cramps have been unbearable. Almost constant, and over the counter pain medication does not do anything to alleviate the pain. I am going to switch back to Yaz, and pay the extra $42 per month for it. It is worth the cost to not feel sick throughout the month!

The first time I took vestura I got terrible headaches (had run out of yaz and needed to fill a prescription out of state). For some reason this time around (after being on yaz for three months in between) it's been great. I noticed two things: no headaches (which had become constant for me) and improved digestion. Not sure if digestion is really linked to the pill, but it corresponds to when I started using vestura a few weeks ago. I'll see how it goes, but I am happy the beginning of the cycle didn't kick off with terrible headaches.

I was on Loestrin Fe and got so sick from about 15 minutes after taking it till the next morning when I woke up. It was awful, I couldn't take it beyond 3 days. But I've been on the generic form of BeYaz which is Vestura. I am very happy with it, no side effects at all.
