I was switched to vestura due to insurance and had previously been on Yaz. I during my second pack I became anxious and depressed as well. This medication should be pulled for sure.

I had resisted discontinuing brand name Yaz for years, but in the last few months felt forced to due to increasing cost of non generic medications related to my insurance plan. The first week and a half on Vestura were fine... I didn't notice anything significantly different. During the second and third week I had some break through bleeding and mild cramping. Definitely not typical for me, ... Show Full Comment

I have been on yaz for about 6 years and in the last year and a half have been on various generic versions of yaz for a few months here and there. The first time I took vestura I got terrible headaches (had run out of yaz and needed to fill a prescription out of state). I was on Loestrin Fe and got so sick from about 15 minutes after taking it till the next morning when I woke up. It was awful, I couldn't take it beyond 3 days. But I've been on the generic form of BeYaz which is Vestura. I am very happy with it, no side effects at all. I even noticed my libido was up, not an issue but funny because I'd read the opposite on many reviews. I would absolu ... Show Full Comment

After taking Yaz for many years, I started taking the generic Gianvi. Didn't notice a difference at all. Walgreen's stopped selling Gianvi, so I've been on Vestura for the past 3 months. I've had insane migraine headaches during my period (previously, had never had a migraine before). I've also been depressed/down feeling for no reason. This month, I have switched to Sam's ...
