I was on Allegra D for years and wasn't finding relief. In as little as 2 days with Qnasl I was able to breathe normally and my sinus pressure disappeared. Best I've felt in many years!

I got severe headaches and nausea after using Qnasl. These are listed side effects but I would rather be stuffed up than have a headache and feeling like I need to vomit. Everyone reacts differently, but this drug did not work for me.

Worked pretty well, I had to take 2 sprays in each side of my nose, but I feel like I should have taken one at one time and then a second at another time instead of 2 sprays at one time.
