I have a constantly runny nose so I used Qnasl about 10 hours ago. Upon using it, I immediately felt like I got punched in the nose and it felt like that for an hour. About an hour or two later my sinuses started to burn. Now, 10 hours later, I'm having sever pain above my noses and in my eyes. What is this garbage?! These aren't even listed as side effects. It has been an awesome help for my season allergy. I've had no side effects. Very impressed. Flonase is like taking nothing for me. I laughed at the doctor, but he sold me on the delivery system. I works great. I am glad I listened to him. Please bring the price down. Even with insurance it is a little insane. The cost is the only reason I would have to look to something else.

finally something that works fantastic and quick. I have tried so many products and none have worked this well. in addition it does not make me tired or my heart race. i love this. it does sting a little bit when spraying it but goes away in a couple seconds if its your first time using it and your nose is sore.

I took Qnasl after using Flonase for 2 or 3 yeas. I found it to be very effective in maintaining clear nasal passages during the night and day. I really prefer the Qnasl over Flonase. However Blue Shield will not cover Qnasl and it is expensive.

Easy to use, and that's all.. it made my nose runny all day, then my throat got sore and I got flu like symptoms. . Switched back to flonase and those symptoms went away. It was essentially like taking nothing.
