    I feel it should be more than once a day. Durning the day I I am pretty miserable. Better at night after I take it.

    I slept easier with ease of breathing, however suffered from elevated pain headaches throughout the whole day that was untreatable through aspirin. Decreased quality of life

    I started getting allery shots and I am 56 yrs old. Before starting the shots I was given a sample of this product. It was amazing how well it worked on me. I only use it once a day though, not as often as the doctor said. It's different because it is not a liquid and you hold your breath and spray it - not breathe it in like a nasal spray. Cleared me up a lot compared to how I was.

    I have been using another nasal steroid spray, but my doctor prescribed Qnasl. The first day of application went fine. When I applied the spray today, the second day, within a 5 to 7 minutes I experienced an allergic reaction.
