I started taking 1000 mg of ashwaganda to help with energy and focus. It works! I find that I am getting more done at work, and that my mood has improved. My husband even notices when I haven't taken it because I'm more irritable.

Comment:
I read that this drug would give more energy so I took 1 300 mg capsule with food and I had severe vomiting and 2 hours later severe diarrhea started. I thought it might have been a virus so I tried again several weeks later with the same results. Yesterday I thought I might benefit from less so I tried 1/3 capsule and again vomiting and now diarrhea.
