protruding stoma, bleeding of stoma, several possible bowel obstructions that I was able to clear myself. One trip to the ED. Stopped taking it and tried it again. Weight gain bad as I am a small individual. Bloating and abdominal pressure.

I'm a 50 year old female. I've have had Crohns Disease for 37 years and just started this medication. I've been on it for two weeks. My appetite has decreased, my stomach hurts like crazy and I'm getting dehydrated. I hope this gets better before it gets real worse. I see where my effectiveness

I've been taking it for 6 weeks now and no issues. It started working on the first day. I had a little nausea the first two-three weeks, and my stomach was sore; sort of like I had been doing sit ups all day. My stoma has grown, but not too big. 350 yearsof Crohns "fistulating" patient with no other health problems, but with Crohns, who needs anything else to go wrong. Good drug so
