Started Garcinia Cambogia and Green coffee bean extract today. Taking 1 pill of each 2 times a day. Before breakfast and before lunch. Gave me a headache and made my bp high. Also made me pee a lot. My legs kind of hurt also.

I started taking Garcinia Cambogia to lose minimal weight. I was taking 1 capsule which is half the dose once a day. I immediately became very sick with headaches, nausea, bloating and gas which was so severe I could not go to work. The product was purchased from the vitamin shoppe and was from the makers of lean body. This product needs to e banned!!

I did a bunch of research on safety, effectiveness and manufacturers before I bought. I went with a company that produces their product in the US in an FDA approved facility and does not use fillers or binders in ... Show Full Comment

I bought this from Bulk Supplements through Amazon. Taking 1500 mg/day. Does not dissolve in liquid, and must stir constantly. Still it leaves a residue in bottom of cup. Tastes like clay. Absolutely no effect at all, other than headaches even on waking in A.M. I normally NEVER have headaches. Ninety bucks down the tube.
