Dear WebMD, You got it totally wrong on Vitamin K2. The article is describing K1. K1 and K2 are totally different vitamins. K1 is the for clotting and K2 aids in the absorption of calcium. K2 has nothing to do with Coumadin. Please update before a reader has a clotting problem.

WebMD is misinformed (as are most 'professionals' about this nutrient/hormone) and this is a waste of time to even read what they have to say. They know from nothing. Time to question why so few actually DO know about the miracle of vitamin K2. I guess it is because we have been so misinformed about fats (vitamin k2 is a fat soluble nutrient/hormone), lost our food roots and relinquish
