I am taking the Mood and memory version and I have found it extremely helpful. My mood swings have stopped as well as the crying jags. No anxiety and I'm sleeping better. No side affects at all.

This is a very different experience from Estroven I was using before. First time I used "mood and memory" I am a very peaceful person but those makes me hipper and nervous. I tried 3 days in a row, I was taking just a one peel and I am sure this is reaction after I took Estroven. This product is not working for me.
