I've been taking this over a year. I take it with food and only one tablet instead of the two recommended on the bottle. I do not have joint pain which I had previously.

The pills are too large. I would rather take two small pills twice a day. I can't use them and am out $34.00.

I have osteoarthritis and osteopenia. Most recently, I fractured my ankle, which caused additional stress on my "good" leg causing pain in my knee and ankle. Was told by a physician to take this over the counter drug for osteoarthritis. Took the triple strength but only took 1/2 of recommended dose because I can be sensitive to medication and wanted to start out slowly.
