I have only been on this 10mg twice a day for 5.5 days. I stopped the Butrans patch which did nothing for me. I didn't get side effects until the 2nd day and they drowsiness and extreme nausea. The nausea subsided thank goodness. I am drowsy from other meds and conditions, so I don't count that as well. At first I had a bit of urgency with bowel movements, but that turned to mild constip

well, I have only been on this med for 3 days. I take 40mg twice per day. it is time release. the Q is 12 hrs. It replaced hdyrocodone 10mg 7 times a day. It is very much superior to former drug.I have had NO ill feelings in this very short time I have been taking it.
