I had unbearable pain due to bone on bone in my right knee. I did not get total relief but pain was reduced 70 to 80% which is fabulous. I'm at 8 months now and starting to have a slight increase in pain.

This was my insurance provider's substitute for synvisc 1 which I have used for 5 years. The monovisc has frozen my knees into a semi-bent position. It is difficult and painful to move, moreso than before the shots. Walking is more difficult and painful as I can't flex or straighten my knees with weight on them.
