I have been on .5mg for 3 months. The positive effects have been amazing. I no longer feel the irrational craziness in my head that reminded me of the worst of PMS. Swelling and night sweats are gone and I'm sleeping great. This medicine has saved my sanity.

Stared 23 days ago. Started spotting and cramping after 14 days. My breast are very tender. I am having a flash back on when I was younger and had a regular period. This is not what I expected. Calling doctor tomorrow.

I took this medicine for one month and was concerned about the spotting so I stopped. After another month, I thought I'd try it again. The spotting/bleeding started almost immediately and has continued for days. My body aches and I'm exhausted. I almost would rather have the hot flashes than feel this weak and tired all day.

After 6 years of menopause, I was thrilled to have an option to deal with hot flashes, sleepless nights, etc. Unfortunately after 2 months on Lopreeza, I am experiencing horrible breast tenderness and endless spotting which are both very bothersome. I am going to have to try something different.

    Comment:
I have taken other hormone replacement drugs over the past 10 years and this one was one of the best. This was very effective in handling all the symptoms of menopause...hot flashes, anxiety, sleepless nights. However, I am now experiencing spotting. Not what a 63 year old wants to discover. This raises a concern as to the safety of this drug.
