EF 35. Quickly increased to 50 mg dose. Could not detect any outward improvement nor significant problems. Coughing seemed to increase but not certain. Developed difficulty in keeping liquids out of wind pipe. The day I quit this improved immediately. Five days after I quit EF was 40-50%. BP increased believe because they stopped too many diuretics. Changing to a better Cardiologist I hope.

This drug caused low blood pressure and severe headache. It has Diovan which causes the same problem when I tried it years ago. I also have a low EF.

I had 25 episodes of sudden blood pressure drops in the 2 months prior to taking Entresto. I've had NONE since taking Entresto; a miracle drug in my mind for folks with low ejection fraction.
