    To the person who posted " I have noticed tightness in the throat now. I am noticing a tickle in the throat, now. I am noticing a cough, dry and wet. I am noticing hoarsness in the throat ..." I am a pharmacist and would urge you to see your doctor to rule out angioedema which is a serious but potentially life threatening condition that can cause swelling of the throat, hands, face...et ...     I wrote earlier asking for more comments. I heavily rely on patient comments and not doctor comments. I am still on the 24-26 dose. (7-8 months now). I have noticed tightness in the throat now.     Have not seen any good effects of this drug.If anything, I feel worst.Getting off this drug.

    I have been on this medication for one month and have no idea as to its effectiveness. I was taken of Lasix and Losartan due to total lack of action. Chronic edema with slightly low blood pressure after 13 year survival of 100% occlusion of LAD and have been on 27 meds to maintain cardiac function but have begun having severe difficulties.
