Have muscle ache, joint stiffness, difficulty breathing. I just decided to stop using Rapatha and go back the Ornish diet.

Had terrible side effects to statins, switched to repatha, all good for first 3 to 4 months; very low cholesterol levels, no effects except a runny nose and discomfort at injection site (2x monthly) Then I became itchy all over body, rash at injection sites and back/shoulder pain. I started to take Claritin allergy to relieve the the itching. Called dr. he suggested I stop for now and then resume

Repatha did a great job lowering my cholesterol. It was easy to use the twice monthly injector. Statins did not agree with me. HOWEVER I strongly suggest that new users GET TESTED FOR A LATEX ALLERGY. I developed an all over rash after using it for 5 months.
