    I was on Butrans Transdermal patch (also buprenorphine) but they were sweating off in the TX summer heat so I was switched to BELBUCA. I like it. It's a small square"film" that sticks to the inside of your cheek and dissolves within 30 minutes. I do that every 12 hours. It is simple and this medication works great. I highly recommend it!     Doesn't work for my pain. Gummy and sticks to the inside of my mouth. Would not recommend

    This drug has been extremely effective in the control of Fibromyalgia symptoms. It has also helped eye slew with the pain from osteo arthritis and the pain associated with two knee replacements. I have cut my intake of oral pain medicine by 80%. The pain I still have is bearable on current dose of 459mcg.     this drug does NOT help with chronic pain. it also is EXTREMELY difficult, next to impossible to open each dosage pack without scissors. also does NOT stick to cheek well. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
