When I first began taking Cats Claw to help with my joint pain. My body had to adjust to it, some stomach discomfort. But after taking for over a year. I have found it has a lot of benefits. From helping my sinus, stomach, joints, blood pressure, and even skin(no brusing). I even think it has lowered my cholestrol, my overall experience with Cat's Claw is very good.

This is actually directed towards the previous review concerning whether or not cat's claw raised one's blood pressure. There have been multiple research studies that have proven cat's claw's ability to actually LOWER blood pressure. The alkaloids in cat's claw dilate blood vessels and lower blood levels of cholesterol, both aid in lowering one's blood pressure.

Reason for taking it: Inflamation. I was taking it on a capsule form but thought it was too strong, started taking it as an infusion. It helped me w overall inflamation while I was taking it. I stopped because I was told it might raise blood pressure. I would really like to find out if this is true because I want to continue taking it.
