I've had medial left knee pain for awhile and tried different avenues of pain management, including hyaluronic acid injections. Zilretta is awesome! It took a good week for it to kick in, but I am now at one month and the pain has subsided immensely. No side effects at all. I'm very active and play a lot of pickleball, so I'm a true test to the effectiveness of this drug.

For two years I have used a can and a wheelchair because of pain in my knees. One shot of Zilretta and I am pain free and a lot more active. It is a miracle drug. It has been two months since the injection and I am really happy.

Fantastic pain relief! I was pain free for the first time in years! But once it wore off, the knee pain was worse than before. And what's the point, if it's only for one use?

I participated in the 2nd phase study for consecutive shots in my left knee. After conclusion of the study (May 2018) received Zilretta in both knees and just received another round this month. This is a magic bullet and absolutely relieves all okay pain for just about three months. And it’s allowed me to play tennis multiple times each week and to defer my eventual knee replacement.
