I've had horrible reflux since I can remember, and within the last 2 years it's gotten a lot worse. To the point where I was vomitting up cups of bial almost on a daily basis. I've tried at least 8 different medications and none of them worked. My doctors were considering surgery. Aciphex was the last medication they decided to try, and three days after taking it my GERD was completly

Aciphex, contrary to drugs like Prilosec, gave me relief within a couple of days. The quick effectiveness is what I most appreciated. However, the expense probably would be prohibitive in my case.
